The privatisation and de-industrialisation of whole swathes of the British economy in the 1980’s and 1990’s created a scorched earth policy in areas where there was once full employment. In the absence of social cohesion and the mass of disruption of working lives we had the growth of Muslim drug and rape gangs that ravaged the youth of whole areas of the UK. One of the areas targeted was South Yorkshire centre of the resistance to Thatcherism in the 1980s.

 

To many the story is so unbelievable to be untrue. Indeed the Labour Party that presided over most of the electoral seats in Rotherham, Doncaster and Sheffield we had an alleged conspiracy of silence whereby muslim drug gangs had total immunity in peddling their trade and as a side business they raped and coerced thousands of young English girls into prostitution (many of which were underage). 

For almost a decade and half (1997-2010) there wasn’t a single prosecution despite many recommendations by local police services, youth workers and the individual girls involved. Indeed it was so Orwellian that some of the victims were criminalised and many of their relatives as well. No logical explanation can excuse either the scale or the timeframe of non-prosecutions. 

Girls would complain they were being raped and would then be charged with… child prostitution. Family members would take direct action in the absence of police action and would receive a criminal record. There is no way that so many allegations, so many official reports could have always reached a dead end. This was political and it was payback by the institutions of power that truly run the country. You decided to rebel against the closure of mines, steel, car plants you have to pay the price. It was reverse colonialism. Using ethnic minorities against the majority British working class. 

The British ruling class weak at home embarked on a global push for power and pioneered drug dealing in the Opium wars in China. Almost a century and a half later these methods were imported onto British soil. Drugs like heroin and marijuana flooded areas where unemployment had gone sky high. After the fall of the Soviet Union the ruling classes felt unconstrained and unhinged to pioneer a massive neoliberal assault using drugs at one end and mass migration at another with the old classic policy of divide and rule. In this they were helped by the higher ranks of the labour and trade union movement from councillors, Labour Party MP’s etc.

What is characteristic of the whole situation is that the drug gangs were exclusively Muslims and the victims invariably English. What highlights this historic period is the fact that at the time Blair had embarked with NATO on a mission to dismember Yugoslavia, The media was awash with Serb ‘rapists’ in the civil war there, engineered by the secessionist Slovenes and Croatians egged on by Germany, but the reality was the British state at the time was condoning and allowing the proliferation of Muslim drug gangs in the UK.

 “A representative from Helsinki Watch noted that reports of massive Serbian rapes originated with the Bosnian and Croatian governments and had no credible support. Likewise Norah Beloff, former Chief Correspondents of the London Observer, says she elicited “an admission from a senior German official that there is no direct evidence to support the wild figures of rape victims” The official in charge of the Bosnian desk in the German Foreign Affairs Ministry admitted that all such rape reports came partly from the Izetbegovic government and partly from Caritas, a Catholic Charity – that is, entirely from Muslim and Croat sources, without any corroboration from independent investigators” 

The media repeatedly referred to ‘rape camps’maintained by the Serbs as aprt of the campaignof ‘ethnic breeding’. Thousands of captive Muslim women were repeatedly impegranated and forced to give birth to Serbian children. But after hostilities ceased and UN troops occupied all of Bosnia Herzegovnia the mass rape camps never materialised. The waves of pregnant victims supposedly treated at Bosnian hospitals and the medical records of their treatment also never materialised. The handful of rape induced pregnancies seemed to contradict the image of the mass-rape pregnancies reported by by Muslim authorities and Western journalists” An Agency France Press item reported that in Sarajevo. Bosnian investigators have learnt of just one case of a woman who gave birth to a child after being raped” And Amnesty International has never succeeded in speaking to any of the women” It has been suggested that these women were so few in number because they were unwilling to come forward, given the stigmatisation that their culture places upon rape victims. But provision was made by international agencies to render confidential assistance to them. The women were never asked to go public. Only to be interviewd anonymously and receive medical care as some did. If 20,000 or more rape victims so successfully kept their plight a secret, how did Bosnian and Croatian government officials and Western journalists know about them? What actual evidence did they have of mass rapes involving tens of thousnads of women and why did they never produce it?”

It can be argued that immigration policy adapted fully to this as a Scotland Yard report noted that in 2002 London prostitution rackets were ran by Albanians. How come a few hundred miles from London no one took notice of mass rapes but they knew exactly what was going on and in what numbers in Yugoslavia? Its impossible to believe such fairy tales from the corporate media, that subsequently sold us 9/11 and non-existent WMD’s.

Most people are by now familiar by the US journalist Gary Webb who was allegedly found to have killed himself with two bullets to his body, who uncovered the CIA’s illegal arms and drugs shipments to the anti-communist Contras who tried to overturn the Nicaraguan Revolution that overthrew the hated Somoza dictatorship. 

One could argue this was the British state implementing the tried and tested Negroponte formula from Vietnam to Central America to ex-Yugoslavia. Negroponte was a US official who pioneered death squads in the Central American wars in the mid-1980s. Having realised they couldn’t win the Vietnam war America embarked on drug shipments to cover some of their losses and to flood poor neighbourhoods in the USA that were seething with poverty, racism and insecurity. This led to a whole series of riots.

Detroit one area which suffered the most sustained riots and basically martial law using the army was both the most prosperous black city and at the same time one in which the specific contradictions of US race based capitalism played out. Black GIs conscripted to go fight peasants in Vietnam returned home to no jobs and mass poverty. Whites ran the police force and the prostitution rackets. Blacks were the victims of both racial and physical abuse when not receiving unwanted bullets by trigger happy cops. When it erupted it shook America to its core. A decade or so later the roles had been reversed. Blacks were running the drug and prostitution rackets and bumping each other off. ‘Antiracist’ progress US style. 

Is the report below the Negroponte smoking gun showing the US Dark Alliance with the EUs new drug dealers?

It warned that the axis between South American drug cartels and the Albanian mafia have reached "alarming proportions", while reports by several intelligence agencies show that Kosovo is a distribution center on the crossroads of global routes and pathways of drug trafficking. 

 

This presents reason for concern, primarily because of the new pathways of drug trafficking, and "inclusion of cocaine in the range of products offered by the groups that are active along the Balkan drug route", the UNODC annual report for 2007 said.” 

Further down the same article… “Former official of the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Michael Levine has said that one of the wings of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) was "linked with every known narco-cartel in the Middle East and the Far East", and that almost every European intelligence service and police has files on "connections between ethnic Albanian rebels and drug trafficking". "Albania and Kosovo are the heart of the Balkan drug trade route which links Pakistan and Afghanistan with Europe. That route is worth around USD 7bn annually and around 80 percent of the heroin intended for the western European market is smuggled along this route," said a report presented to the U.S. Congress.” http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-backroom/1991922/posts Now someone would have to explain to me how files can exist but there are no prosecutions and certain areas are taken over jus by using muscle? Who were the previous drug dealers and pimps? Did they suddenly become church goers when the Albanians arrived? Are they serious? This can only occur with full state support which opens doors and prosecutions if any will occur to those who resist this change. The war on drugs continues unabated by being a war with drugs, just the actors change according to foreign policy changes. London – why has this not materialised?

Why weren't English girls in London trafficked or sold into underage prostitution when they were in the Midlands and up North? During the years Bliar was on the corporate media stating all Serbs are rapists 

 1. Too many migrants in London 

 2. British government fast tracked migrants papers from areas it was going to be militarily involved in or wanted popular support.

Most of the women currently working as prostitutes - an estimated 75 per cent - come from eastern Europe. But it is not known how many have been trafficked and sold. The women operated by Albanian pimps work in massage parlours and flats. They do not walk the streets."

How can people that only arrived after the outbreak of the Kosovo war suddenly become so big in prostitution rackets in London? It’s impossible to believe they weren’t working for the state itself as a way of raising revenue for its illegal NATO wars of intervention, the paid mercenaries they hire and use the world over and the drug shipments which turned Kosovo and Albania into the EU’s mini-Columbias. Almost every ruling class did everything in its power to prop up the Albanian emigres. Greece was and is awash with them, they now control a lot of the drug trade in the tourist bars of Greek islands in alliance with local gangsters and sections of the police.

 What materialised in London in the 1990’s decade was a massive influx of drugs and guns which by the 2000 decade following on what had happened to America in the 1970’s where drug gangs that were using younger and younger teenagers who were involved in shootouts leading in one year to nearly one hundred teenagers dying from gun crime. The same social conditions did not of course exist in relation to the Midlands and the North which might go some way of explaining why this phenomena did not involve thousands of London schoolgirls. 

  

Part Two Labours Criminal Role in the Rotherham Drug and Rape Scandal

 The theory as to why so many victims and why no prosecutions for a decade and a half is that it was solely due to political correctness. This fits well with a far right narrative which seeks to justify and alibi the Labour Left. 

If the police were less politically correct (the police of all institutions in early 2000!!) then prosecutions would have occurred. In other words it was a case of institutional failure, what was the phrase they banded about at the time ‘institutional racism’. 

So known drug dealers had total immunity from prosecution and this was due to the colour of their skin or was it their nationality? As Albanians and Pakistanis only have a religion in common in all other spheres they are different. This was state sanctioned drug dealing with institutional help from the CPS and the Police via corrupt politicians like Dennis McShane MP for Rotherham since 1994. 

Bliar's intervention in ex-Yugoslavia which became the cornerstone of ‘humanitarian intervention’ and a new ‘ethical foreign policy’ under Robin Cook was essentially part of the New World Order inaugurated by Bush during the first Gulf War.

Imperialism would crush all states that posed a threat to a unipolar world inaugurated by the USA after the fall of the Soviet Union. Yugolsavia for decades was head of the Non Aligned movement and clearly posed a threat.

 The IMF had arrived in the country and its break up would become an inevitably by product. The Labour Party embarked on what they believed to be the US model of ‘development’. The mass importation of migrant labour and expansionist wars abroad. This twin track policy is encapsulated by the first big arrivals of migrants since the 1960’s in the form of Kurds from Northern Iraq by Jeffrey Archer and subsequently of many other nationalities, from Ugandans, Zimbabweans, Kosovo Albanians etc.

 Its noted in a Hansard Report that Kosovo Albanians were shipped to the Midlands, the North and Scotland. Why were those areas targeted?

 In debates in Parliament Labour bent over itself selling the concept of the refugees leaving them nasty brutal rapist Serbs and that the population would be over the moon in receiving them. 

The Tories pressed Labour whether the Childrens Act would apply to the new refugees ie. whether they could apply for child benefits immediately. The same rules did not apply of course to children raped and abused by drug gangs.

 4,346 evacuees have been airlifted to the United Kingdom under the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Humanitarian Evacuation Programme from Macedonia. Most have been housed in reception centres in the Midlands, the North of England and Scotland. From the above abbreviated discussion it is clear they knew that criminal elements were in the ‘refugee’ movement openly and blatantly. 

Now how come within a couple of years from these discussions in 1999, the vice rackets in central London were run by Albanians according to Scotland Yard? One could actually argue the overwhelming majority of those shipped over were shipped over to actually run these criminal elements to weaken any demands by the Labour and trade union movement in reversing all the losses for labour under the previous 13 years of Tory rule. 

 There were two MPs in Yorkshire at the time. Ann Cryer and Dennis MacShane. Drug gangs emerged in the constituency of Ann Cryer. MacShane became Minister for Europe and from the late 1990s was the most ardent supporter of the Kosovo intervention even writing a small pamphlet on it. There is no way he didn’t know about the drug routes from Afghanistan and Kosovo or have information to that effect. I would argue he was the right man at the right location implementing the Negroponte formula. 

By 2001 America was back in Afghanistan and running drug exports to raise revenue for the illegal invasion of Iraq. Not only a paid up member of the Friends of Israel inside the Labour Party but a member of the Henry Jackson society ie an AngloAmerican outfit that promotes the USA.

 All the core Labourites were pro-US and the Labour party when this was going on became indistinguishable from the Democrats and the Republicans. 

Ann Cryer MP The Labour council in Rotherham which could have acted but didn’t had obviously a section of councillors from the Pakistani migrant minority.

 When Ann Cryer had previously gone to her Community leaders and given them a list of individuals that were alleged to be drug dealing and abusing young girls they stated it wasn’t their issue. Ann Cryer was obviously trying to try to end the issue on the quiet, hoping action would be taken by the community elders. But Labour has a strong hyperglobalist wing linked directly to the City of London via various pressure groups that emerge amongst its midst. 

One such group the SWP of London set up a new ‘anti-NAZI’ pro rape and drug abuse propaganda arm called the UAF (unite against fascism). Any local issue became politicised and emerged as a conflict between ‘nazis’ and everyone else. Alongside them the Muslim Association of Britain emerged. They produced joint leaflets when the current Mayor of London Khan was a legal adviser to the latter stated the Asian ‘grooming gangs’ were a BNP myth. In other words fabricated. 

SWP Labourites in Drag Covering for Drug and Rape Gangs 

Throughout the 2000 decade the SWP went round arguing no migrants have essentially come to the UK and anyone who mentions any ethnic minority in any capacity is… ‘racist’. So all the unions that have endorsed the UAF and sponsored it, the list of all the MP’s, celebrities, people of ‘note’ presumably would now argue like Naz Shah MP for Bradford. 'We have to keep quiet for the sake of …diversity'. 

In other words full steam ahead as if nothing happened. The trick in the equation is that once an issue emerges that affects many people the corporate media starts to label situations as rightwing or leftwing. Then the puppets emerge of the corporate power and one side sees a ‘jewish conspiracy’ and the other side sees a ‘nazi conspiracy’

Who was the training officer for social workers in Rotherham between 2005-2009 a character called Gordon Jelley an SWP member/follower. The same organisation that was peddling that the ‘grooming gangs’ were a BNP/urban myth. He would have been sending people off to diversity training courses the ones so beloved of current Labour MPs.

After having issued joint leaflets in 2009 that there were no Asian grooming gangs and that was a BNP myth after some prosecutions and new govt reports eg Alexis Jay the SWP done a 180degree turn and now alleged there was child abuse. No where does it mention drugs, the role of Kosovo or Dennis Macshane.

 Mentioning ethnic groups in any form is …racism.

 Hence having spent a decade covering up for drug and rape gangs the SWP comes clean that they …existed and the reason they weren’t prosecuted was due to …council cuts. ““The council was under the cosh from New Labour targets after it failed an inspection. “This produced an awful response from managers. “Everyone tried to leave and there were big problems with a high staff turnover, vacancies and a reliance on agency staff.” This had a big impact on workers’ ability to form trusting relationships with young people that could enable them to give support. “Social workers had high caseloads,” said Gordon.
